It has been six months since Sugar Bearstrong text has seen his daughter, Alana, AKA Honey Boo Boo, in the latest episode of "Mama June: From Not to Hot," and he learns in this TooFab exclusive clip that visitation rights come with a price.
Sugar Bear and new wife Jennifer seek legal advice and are met with more than a few barriers. For starters, he was never legally declared Alana's father. "If you've not been declared her legal father, you have no rights to her," his attorney told him. "You have just as much rights to her as I do."

View StoryHe's not looking to fight June for custody, but rather just wants weekend visitation rights so he can see his daughter. What neither he nor his wife realize, apparently, is that with the involvement of the courts over visitation, child support becomes an issue as well.
Sugar Bear is pretty chill about the whole thing, telling Jennifer, "I'm not worried about it right now. I'll figure it out when that time gets here."
But Jennifer was not at all about giving money to her husband's ex-wife. "We can't even finish saving up for our honeymoon, so how are we going to pay child support?" she asks him.
When Sugar Bear assures her that they'd worry about that when the time comes, Jennifer puts her foot down. "We're not dipping into our honeymoon fund," she says.
Jennifer's concerns are more than financial, though, as the trailer for this second season of the WE tv reality hit shows she also has some uncertainties about Sugar Bear being Alana's father at all.
