'Vanderpump Rules' Star Kristen Doute Denies Cheating Allegation on 'WWHL'

On Monday's "Vanderpump Rules," Kristen Doute was accused of drunkenly hooking up with ex-boyfriend James Kennedy in Mexico, a rumor she was told James started himself. What she didn't know, and what cameras showed viewers at home, was that James said no such thing.

Needless to say, Kristen was fuming when she watched back the episode, telling Andy Cohen on Monday's "Watch What Happens Live" that her "brain exploded."

"I texted Katie [Maloney] and Stassi [Schroeder], clearly," Kristen said. "Texted the Witches of WeHo, and I'm like, 'Did you see this the way I saw it?!' We all rewound it like five times."

Here's what actually happened:

Tom Sandoval: "Sup, James? Did you hang out with Kristen last night?

James: "Did I what? What did you say? Hang out with Kristen? I mean, a little bit, but not really."

Here's what the boys heard:

Jax Taylor: "He just full-out confessed that he did this. He said, 'Yeah, so what? We hooked up.'"

Kristen said she was mostly upset at Sandoval (also her ex) and Jax (with whom she cheated on Sandoval) because "Sandoval started it, and Jax really spread the rumor."

"WWHL" viewers at home got the chance to vote, and 63 percent said they did not think Kristen and James hooked up.

"This might be the first poll you've ever won on this show," Andy jokingly pointed out.

A caller then asked Kristen why people should believe her now, referencing the time she lied repeatedly about having slept with Jax while he was dating Stassi and while she was with Sandoval.

Kristen let out two angry grunts before saying, "I don't even -- that's so unfair. I'm like, because I'm telling the truth! That's why! Did you see the scene? That's why. He did not say [we hooked up]."

"Vanderpump Rules" airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
