Kanye West sent Twitter into a frenzy this past weekend when he expressed admiration for one of Donald Trump's biggest cheerleaders, but he took things a step further Wednesday morning by flat out tweeting his "love" for the president -- and the reaction was swift.
"You don't have to agree with Trump, but the mob can't make me not love him," Kanye tweeted. "We are both dragon energy. He is my brother. I love everyone. I don't agree with everything anyone does. That's what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought."

"He's a f-cking moron, Kanye -- wake up from the illusion," she tweeted. Perez Hilton also replied, "You only love Donald Trump because Barack Obama called you a jackass!"
But our favorite reaction, so far, was from Kanye himself, who suggested his own wife, Kim Kardashian, was disturbed by the tweet.
She later tweeted herself, defending her husband from some of the criticism thrown his way:
