Ariana Grande Alludes to Pete Davidson's '10 Inches' on Twitter

On Thursday night, Ariana Grande replied to a tweet from a fan asking the pop star, "How long is Pete???" The fan followed the question by adding, "Oh, as in the interlude, not as in... Anyway."

Although Ari has since deleted the tweet, she replied, "Like 10 inches? Oh, f--k...I mean...a lil over a minute."

"Pete" is the name of a musical interlude on Grande's upcoming album, "Sweetener," which she teased on Instagram earlier this week.

Only a few seconds of the interlude were released and no lyrics were featured, but the video did display a black-and-white visual of an upside-down digital clock, displaying the time 12:07 a.m.

Fans were quick to judge Grande -- who said "yes" to "Saturday Night Live" star Pete Davidson's proposal just weeks after they began dating -- for naming any of music after her newfound love.

"Girl, we know you love him, but are you dumb?" one critic tweeted. Grande simply responded, "Nah."

Another dissenter wrote, "You really don't give a f--k, do you?" to which Grande replied, "I been the f--k thru it and life's too short to be cryptic n shit about something as beautiful as this love I'm in. So Pete it is."

The "SNL" personality recently confirmed the engagement on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon." During his appearance, he joked about feeling like he had "won a contest" by nabbing Grande as his bride-to-be.
