"Where are your kids[?]" one follower asked the reality star after she posted a picture of her enjoying a snack aboard a boat while on vacation in Portofino, Italy, where she's celebrating her daughter Penelope's 6th birthday.

"My son was taking the photo, and the other two were sitting a table across from me. Thank you so much for your concern," the oldest Kardashian sister responded.
