Kim and Khloe Kardashian Take Heat for Glamorizing Anorexia and Unhealthy Weight-Loss Habits

Over the weekend, Kim, Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner were the featured guests at this year's first annual "If Only" Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament. The event was actually for charity, but it was what went down behind the scenes that enraged fans of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.

Kim filmed her sisters commenting on her slim figure, and even though she kept saying things like, "You guys, I'm not that skinny," she also thanked them profusely for the "compliments."

"No, like, I'm really concerned because I don't think you're eating. You look so skinny," Kendall said in one of the first videos Kim posted to her Instagram Story.

"What?! Oh my God, thank you!" Kim replied, egging her on.

"Of course," Kendall jokingly responded before lifting up a very small handbag and saying, "This purse is as tiny as you."

Kim then panned the camera over to Khloe, who said, "I've never seen a human being look as tiny as you. Like, you're a walking FaceTune doll. I've never seen a skinnier person in my life. Well, Kendall, but that's natural. You -- it takes work to look like that, and that's amazing."

Khloe later joked that Kim's diet consists of "celery and maybe some lettuce." Khloe's friend, Malika Haqq, added that Kim sometimes snacks on "different flavors of oxygen."

"You guys, I'm not that skinny! I'm down to 119 pounds," Kim replied. "But I will say, when I take out my hair extensions, I am less."

"Kimberly, I can see through you!" Khloe fired back. "Your extensions, your ass, your tits, everything! They're heavy because they're f--king voluptuous, but she's anorexic here [points to Kim's waist], and her arms are pin thin, like my pinky."

Fans were fuming with the "thoughtless" comments. One critic in particular even said the sisters' conversation was capable of "damaging an entire generation of young people."

"Khloe calling Kim anorexic in her waist is a prime example of this -- absolutely disgusting," the critic added.

Another dissenter tweeted, "Kim and Khloe talking about how skinny they are is literally making me sick."
