Khloe Kardashian Shares Flawless Glam Shot -- Right After Childbirth

Khloe Kardashian shared a beautiful childbirth picture on Friday. And True was in it, too.

Among the flood of photos the "KUWTK" star posted to mark her daughter's first birthday was one apparently taken just minutes after she gave birth, and seconds after she'd had full hair and make-up.

The touching and amazingly glamorous snap showed the new mom clutching her firstborn to her chest, initiating the skin-to-skin contact imperative for physiological and psychological bonding between mother and child.

With perfectly pouted lips, flawless eye-shadow, immaculate mascara and not a single hair of her luscious mane out of place, Khloe looked more ready for an editorial shoot than an epidural shot.

There wasn't a trace of blood, sweat, tears, or any of the other checklist of bodily fluids that normally accompany non-TV labors.

"Happy birthday my sweet True!! You are my ultimate True love!" she wrote on Instagram. "I am honored and so thankful to be your mommy! Today and until the end of time, I love you!! We have forever"

Khloe shares the adorable tot with NBA star Tristan Thompson, whose infidelity was exposed right before his daughter came into the world.
