Suleman claims the "media hijacked my life" but it's "time to take my life back."
Just over a decade ago, Nadya Suleman became a household name after the drama surrounding her octuplets and subsequent sex tape and nude photo shoots.
Apart from the whole giving-birth-to-eight-children-at-once thing, rumors started flying when Suleman appeared to have gone under the knife. The new resemblance to Angelina Jolie was uncanny, according to many in the public, and the media was quick to notice.

View StorySuleman, who now goes by Natalie, has denied these plastic surgery rumors in the past telling Dateline in 2009, "I have never thought of Angelina Jolie except the last time I saw one of her movies. I think that was years ago. It is so far away from the place I'm in right now to think of any celebrity."
In 2013, however, she seemingly changed tone and embraced the comparisons after doing a photoshoot with InTouch channeling the "Tomb Raider" actress. Now, six years later, she's blaming the media for their "sensationalized stories."

"One of the fabricated tales the trashy tabloids told was how I had plastic surgery to look like an actress named Angelina Jolie. After laughing this lie off for so long, it's time to set the record straight (a whole decade later)."

Though she does cop to having had a breast augmentation (which she claims to regret), Suleman slams the media for having a "hidden agenda."
"The media had one hidden agenda: to ignite as much intense hate towards me, for as long as possible. This particular untruth added fuel to the fire of hate. The crazier I appeared, and the more of your 'tax payers dollars' I supposedly stole to waste on 'plastic surgery,' the more intensely I would be hated; and in turn, the more it would line the tabloid media's parasitic pockets."
