How Kim Kardashian Really Feels About Kendall Not Loving Psalm's Name

It turns out Kim Kardashian didn't know Kendall Jenner "didn't care for" the name of her fourth child, Psalm West, until she saw the supermodel say those very words to Jimmy Fallon last week.

"So I saw this interview that Kendall did on Fallon, and I was like, 'Excuse me! First of all, say it to me first; don't say it on TV,'" Kim said when pressed about the "controversial" name choice on Friday's episode of "Live with Kelly and Ryan."

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was under the impression that there was a 10-day "grace period" the government has in place in order to give indecisive parents time to pick out a name and register it. The internet has conflicting information, though, with some sources claiming a baby's legal name doesn't actually need to be registered until right before they turn 1.

Regardless, Kardashian was cutting it close, at least for the deadline she knew at the time. She had "like an hour" left to pick something from the list she had made with husband Kanye West, and wanted to make sure it was as "unique" as the names of her other three children.

"In the morning, I woke up, and Kanye was working and busy, and I knew our list," Kim explained. "And so I called every sister, and I'm like, 'What are you all doing?' And Kendall was available, so I'm like, 'Come over now. You're not leaving my house until we get the name.'"

It was a kidnapping story Kendall corroborated during her "Tonight Show" appearance last Friday.

"And then Kylie [Jenner] was like, 'I'll be on FaceTime with you guys,'" Kim continued. "And Kylie and I were vibing on the same name, and so Kendall and I -- I have this big hallway, and you can hear down the hallway -- so we're screaming out every name, like, 'Psalm! Get over here!' You know? Like every practice of trying to see what name we'd like the best."

"I was driving her crazy," Kardashian admitted. "So I was like, 'Let's take a break, let's watch a movie, let's get our nails done.' Kylie and I really vibed on the name, so I think Kendall was more mad that her choice wasn't first, and she was hating on Fallon."

With an unconvincing smile, Kim insisted Kendall now "loves the name."

Indeed, Jenner seemed a bit peeved when the topic came up during her chat with Jimmy.

"Kim made me come to her house and help her pick a name and it was this whole thing," she explained. "She would not let me leave the house until we figured out a name and then ended up going with the name that I didn't even -- like, that I didn't even care for as much. I think they were all really beautiful, but I was kinda rooting for another name."

Unfortunately for us busybodies, neither sister revealed Kendall's pick.
