Woman Fools Family with Undercover Gender Swap on Viola Davis-Produced 'In A Man's World' (Exclusive)

Bravo's new limited series, "In A Man's World," follows four dynamic women who go undercover as men to shine a light on gender bias.

In TooFab's exclusive sneak peek of Tuesday's episode, we see how Le'Dor -- a mom and aspiring politician -- is able to fool her own husband and children with the help of an Academy Award-winning special effects makeup team, as well as skilled voice and movement coaches.

Le'Dor wanted nothing more than a seat on her local city council, but she feels the voters were more concerned about her responsibilities as a mother than her qualifications for the job. Convinced the mom bias in politics ultimately cost her the election, she decides to transform into a man to experience life from the opposite side. But first, she must put her transformation to the test: If she can fool her family, she can fool anyone.

Covered in makeup and prosthetics, Le'Dor approaches her husband and two young kids, who are eating gelato outside a local shop. Not only are they unable to recognize her, but her husband is also weary of the strange man asking bizarre questions. When Le'Dor inches closer to her daughter, who also suspects nothing, her husband picks her up and puts her on his lap, insisting to the strange man that they're not from around there and can't answer his questions.

Impressed by how her husband handled the situation, and the fact that her son didn't speak to the stranger, Le'Dor proudly meets back up with her team. Excited they were able to pull off the stunt, they all go back to where her family is seated to reveal who the strange man really was.

From Viola Davis and husband Julius Tennon's JuVee Productions and Lucky 8, the eye-opening series follows women who are looking to "flip the script and experience a day without bias from the very people who held them back."
