The 31-year-old, who has recently opened up about his mental health (and debuted that massive face tattoo), confirmed one of the reasons he was moving to Canada was to put some distance between him and his family.
"I do love you Nick, I do love you. But I ask for you to respect my privacy, I'm moving 5,000 miles away from you guys. So respect my privacy... that's all I have to say about that."
Aaron was joined at the LA event on Thursday by his mom Jane, who said she believed her sons could make up.
"We don't want to go there, we're not going to go there," she said of her younger boy's threat to take it to court. "I really have no comment right now, I'm trying to focus on my sobriety."
"Whatever's going on between the kids, that's between them," she added. "I love them all, as a mother should."
Nick recently filed a restraining order against his little brother, claiming he threatened to kill his then-pregnant girlfriend and unborn child. Aaron denied the claims, and accused Nick of abusing him when they were younger.
