"I miss him all the time," says Khloe after speaking with her ex.
Khloe Kardashian is torn over whether she should reconnect with her ex-husband, Lamar Odom.
In a preview from next Sunday's "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," the reality TV star speaks with sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian about a recent phone call she had with Odom, following the release of his tell-all memoir. The book touched on their marriage and both his drug abuse and infidelities at the time.
Talking to her sisters, Khloe reveals what it was like to speak with him again.
"I miss him all the time, but not in a place where I want to get back with him," she prefaced the conversation. "So he calls me and he was like, 'I just knew we were all going to talk again at some point, I'm so happy.' He was like, 'I would love to see you, I've been dying to see you in person, I feel like we have so much to talk about.'"
While Khloe seemed skeptical of the prospect, Kim suggested it could be a good idea.
"I think it would be nice if you guys had like a face to face after all these years, maybe you have to get that out," she told her. But Khloe seemed already at peace with where they left things.
"I always felt after this overdose that I did everything in my power to be there through sickness and health and once I saw that he wasn't in the headspace to want to change his bad situation, I was fine letting him go," she explained. "I've never thought twice about it or why we've stopped talking or anything like that."

"It feels really good just to have a decent nice conversation with Lamar, but I really don't know what the right thing to do is in the situation," Khloe said to the camera. "I don't want to mislead him in any way, but I would like to meet with him."
When Kim told her she'd be happy to go with her for support, Khloe still was undecided. While we don't believe the two have had a heart-to-heart since the book, we'll see what she does when "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" airs Sunday on E!
