Leave it to Heidi Montag to find a way to show off her bikini bod in one of the coldest locations in the United States.
The former star of "The Hills" slipped into a sexy black two-piece while vacationing in Aspen, Colorado over the holidays with husband Spencer Pratt.
The two were photographed sipping on champagne while relaxing in a jacuzzi -- and, we gotta say, Heidi looked great!
Back in 2009, the reality star famously got 10 plastic surgery procedures in one sitting, including a boob job, nose job, brow lift, chin reduction and neck lipo. She even had her ears pinned back. She later got a breast reduction in 2013, going from an F to a D.
Her physique definitely looks a lot more natural these days -- and, while her face looks very different than it used to, her new features finally settled in.
