Khloe Kardashian's Good American Brand is firing back at a designer's allegations claiming the reality star's label stole ideas for its clothing line.

A representative for Good American told TooFab: "Under no circumstances did Good American or Khloe Kardashian infringe on another brandโ€™s intellectual property and we are going through the proper legal channels to handle the situation."

Destiney Bleu, who's known for her glittery and revealing Dbleudazzled line, ignited a fiery Twitter tirade against Khloe on Friday in which she claimed Kardashian bought items from her collection only to rip them off.

She then shared a side-by-side of one of the designs she claims Khloe stole on the DBLEUDAZZLED Twitter page:

The drama actually started Thursday, when Destiney retweeted a pair of blind item tweets Khloe sent out about a friend who stole from her. Bleu called the messages "ironic," but didn't elaborate further until Friday.
