Captain America has his Bucky Barnes -- and he's one of the guys from "Gossip Girl."
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Sebastian Stan -- who played Carter Baizen on "GG" -- has signed on to the comic franchise, with insiders saying it was a five to six picture deal.
Though Stan auditioned for the title role, Chris Evans nabbed that part.
