"Transformers 3" just got a whole lot McDreamier.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the "Grey's Anatomy" star will play Megan Fox's boss in the flick and will be "significant to the plot."
John Malkovich and Frances McDormand have already been cast and Shia LaBeouf will also return.
The movie will open next summer.
