Lindsay Lohan appears in the newest issue of German GQ -- and though the photo shoot took place after she was ordered to wear a SCRAM anklet by the court, the accessory was apparently Photoshopped out!
She did an interview with the mag too ... but we can't read German, so no clue what she told 'em.
