"Spartacus: Blood and Sand" hunk Andy Whitfield was mobbed for autographs as he left dinner in L.A. this week where the hottie was sweet enough to stop and oblige everyone who requested his John Hancock.
Whitfield was recently diagnosed with and successfully beat Non-Hodgkin lymphoma -- he's expected back on set for the Starz show in October.
