The gals of "Resident Evil: Afterlife" glittered all over the red carpet in Japan today -- where they premiered the 4th movie in the zombie-killing franchise.
Mika Nakashima, Milla Jovovich, a very pregnant Ali Larter and Wentworth Miller all looked amazing at the event -- where Milla and Ali matched sparkly ensembles while Mika went leather chic.
The movie opens September 10.
