David Arquette made his first public appearance since splitting from wife Courteney Cox last night -- and he did it without his wedding ring and with a smile on his face.
Arquette joined his "Scream 4" castmates Neve Campbell, Alison Brie, Emma Roberts and director Wes Craven last night for Spike TV's Scream 2010 Awards in Los Angeles, where the crew premiered the first trailer for the flick.
Arquette's appearance was only one of the highlights of the show, which included a "Back to the Future" reunion between Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox, Bill Murray popping up in his Ghosbusters uniform, Sigourney Weaver appearing on stage in a giant "Alien" egg and Halle Berry looking downright gorgeous.
