Star Jones is fighting back at a report out today in the National Enquirer that claims the former "View" co-host “is furious with Oprah Winfrey for giving Rosie O'Donnell” a show on the talk show queen's new Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).
The tabloid cites a source that claims Jones is “shocked” and “angry” that Winfrey approached O'Donnell over her.
But in an exclusive statement to TooFab Wednesday, Jones slammed the report. “Contrary to the fabricated story in the National Enquirer, I am so excited about Rosie O'Donnell's new show on the Oprah Winfrey Network. Both Rosie and Oprah are dear friends of mine and I can't wait to celebrate their success."
And it's not as if Jones has that much free time on her hands: She'll be appearing on the upcoming season of Donald Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice," alongside La Toya Jackson and Mark McGrath.
