Olivia Palermo isn't stressing after the cancellation of her MTV reality show "The City" -- because last night, she was spotted partying with a "Gossip Girl."
A smiling Palermo joined Jessica Szohr for the Jay Godfrey Spring 2011 preview last night, where she reportedly told Us Magazine she's "kind of moved on" from her show with Whitney Port.
It's unclear what Palermo will do next, but co-star Whitney told us she'll be working hard on her line, Whitney Eve.
