After numerous sites posted earlier this morning that Kourtney's babydaddy popped the question -- and that she said "Yes!" -- Kourt took to her Twitter to put the rumors to rest.

Not that there's trouble for the couple -- they celebrated Valentine's Day earlier this week with a fancy Las Vegas party.
