He may have won a NBA championship, but Ron Artest aka Metta World Peace will not be taking home the Mirror Ball trophy.
The L.A. Laker and his partner Peta Murgatroyd were the first couple eliminated from "Dancing With the Stars." Their cha cha was the lowest scored performance Monday evening. While he was praised for bringing fun to the dance, the judges criticized Artest's lack of technique.
Joining them in the bottom two were Nancy Grace and her partner Tristan MacManus.
Artest's parting words: "All I want to know is who's coming with me?"
The rest of the couples were deemed safe and will return next week to compete.
