Blake Lively isn't the only "Gossip Girl" star making relationship headlines this week -- as her co-star and ex-boyfriend Penn Badgley was just caught kissing a brand new girl.
While he and Zoe Kravitz have been rumored to be dating for a while, we got our first glimpse of PDA from the couple yesterday in NYC.
Badgley, 24, and Kravitz, 22, were seen holding hands and kissing while walking around the city on Tuesday.
Before Penn, Lenny Kravitz's daughter was linked to her "X-Men: First Class" co-star Michael Fassbender -- who is 14 years older than Zoe.
Penn famously dated Lively for three years, but the two broke it off in October 2010.
