The 23-year-old star of “Footloose”sported a new shorter 'do on the red carpet at the 15th Annual HollywoodFilm Awards, but it was her Naeem Khandress that had tongues wagging. The gold, patterned mini was cut down to there, allowing Julianne to flaunt her fantasticfigure for photographers.
