A lot of the drama has already unfolded in the tabloids -- with the breakdown of Leah Messer's marriage with Corey Simms and Jenelle Evans' many court dates with sometimes-boyfriend Kieffer making headlines while the show was filming.
The teaser also shows some stuff we haven't seen, like Kailyn possibly ditching her boyfriend for her baby daddy and Chelsea going back to her useless ex, Adam.
