Kate Gosselin may be looking fresh faced these days -- but, despite reports to the contrary, she hasn't gone under the knife!
Last week, reports suggested the former "Kate Plus 8" star got herself a facelift and "relies on thrice-weekly tanning sessions" to "keep her youthful appearance" ... but Kate's not having it.
"With all of the buzz about me having had a facelift, I will confirm that I have not had one (I am only 36!!!)," she posted today on her CouponCabin.com blog.
"But, I will take all of the talk about how rested and young I look as a compliment! So thanks!" she adds.
