Brooke Burns is about to be a bride for the second time!
The former "Baywatch" star, who currently co-hosts "You Deserve It," and "Warrior" writer/director Gavin O'Connor are engaged ... sources confirm to toofab.
Brooke flashed her engagement ring yesterday on "Good Day LA," but didn't reveal who her future-husband was at the time.
"I was trying to keep it a little on the DL" she said, adding her fiance has a daughter around the same age as her kid with ex-husband Julian McMahon, Madison.
Burns was previously engaged to Bruce Willis before they split in 2004.
