One of Dolly Parton's secret tattoos made its debut on the red carpet this week -- nestled in her cleavage!
While Parton has kept her many rumored tatts strategically covered up with long sleeves and just-long-enough dresses through the years, she inadvertently revealed some flower ink between her two biggest assets at the "Joyful Noise" premiere Monday night.
Roseanne recently told Craig Ferguson that Dolly has "all these awesome tattoos all over her body ... All like pastel, gorgeous bows all over everything."
