Madonna may be over 50, but she's definitely not over the hill!
The 53-year-old hit the red carpet for the premiere of her directorial debut, "W.E.," last night in the U.K. -- where she looked downright amazing in a black Jean Paul Gaultier dress and lace Dolce&Gabbana cape.
Her Madgesty's hair and makeup were also flawless. We may even be so bold to say that this is the best she's looked in years.
