Mother, reality star, author, entrepreneur.
The title of Kyle Richards' new book may be "Life Is Not a Reality Show: Keeping It Real with the Housewife Who Does It All," but there's one thing the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star tells toofab she *won't* do -- release a single!
When asked if she would follow in her fellow "Real Housewives" footsteps and put out a song, Kyle laughed, saying "I do love to sing but I wouldn't do it. I'm too embarrassed!"
We caught up with Kyle at the book signing for "Life Is Not a Reality Show," where she shared a few secrets to a successful marriage (she and hubby Mauricio Umansky have been married since 1996).
"We really have a date night once a week ... this is time for us to go to dinner and not talk about the kids and just focus on each other."
"Compliment each other," Kyle added. "You have to make your husband feel good so he wants to make you feel good too. So many women say, 'I want him to give me more attention, more love,' but I don't see them giving very much."
Kyle's husband agrees. "I definitely compliment her a lot ... look at her, she's gorgeous, she's an amazing mother and a great wife," Mauricio gushed. "It's very important to compliment each other -- for the man to compliment the woman and the woman to compliment the man as well. It's a two way street and we definitely have that going on."
The signing was a family affair, with Kyle and Mauricio's four daughters in attendance, as well as Kyle's sister Kathy Hilton and her husband Rick. Niece Nicky Hilton was also there lending her support, and shared her favorite memory of Kyle.
"When my parents would go to Europe in the summers, they would leave Kyle to babysit. She was pretty strict, but was always more of a sister to us."
Of course, members of Kyle's "Real Housewives" family were also there, including Lisa Vanderpump, Camille Grammer, and Dana Wilkey. Check out all the fun photos from the event above and click below to watch our full interview with Kyle, where she reveals biggest regret from the show!
For all you fashionistas out there, Kyle wore a sparkling Boyod tunic, Valentino shoes, an jewelry from Jacob & Co.
