The couple was spotted in Venice over the weekend -- where they were both sporting what appear to be wedding bands on their ring fingers. Check out more exclusive photos above.
If the two did tie the knot, it's not surprising that they decided to do it quietly.
Evan and Jamie, who dated for a year in 2006 before rekindling their romance last summer, never even confirmed their engagement earlier this year.
This would be the first marriage for both.
Jamie's rep wasn't immediately available, but a rep for Wood had no comment.
