Lisa Edelstein has lost her scrubs!
The former "House" star is the latest to get naked for PETA -- stripping it all off to pose with a ton of vegetables for a "Eat Green to Go Green" ad.
Edelstein believes going vegetarian is a "really important part of what we need to do to help the environment."
She hopes others give it a try ... even if they can't commit to giving up meat 24/7.
"I like to encourage people to become a vegetarian once a week," she said. "That makes such an enormous impact for the whole world."
