All evidence of Katy Perry's short-lived marriage to Russell Brand continues to fade away -- the starlet just sold their first marital home for $2.75 million.
Katy purchased the 1,500-square-foot TriBeCa penthouse in September of 2010, one month before she and Russell tied the knot in India.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom pad boasts 11-foot beamed ceilings, a cherry wood staircase and limestone kitchen. There's also a south-facing outdoor terrace that offers sweeping views of New York City.
Katy was spotted at the Coachella music festival earlier this month, getting cozy with Florence + The Machine guitarist Robert Ackroyd. Meanwhile, her ex just reportedly called things off with his new Hungarian model girlfriend Nikolett Barabas because things were getting too serious.
