"The Hunger Games" continues to dominate the box office, and is now racking up awards nominations as well!
The smash hit is nominated for eight MTV Movie Awards, along with the hysterical Kristen Wiig flick "Bridesmaids." The films are up for Movie of the Year along with "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2," "The Help" and "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1."
Jennifer Lawrence is nominated for Best Female Performance along with Wiig, Emma Stone for "Crazy, Stupid, Love," Emma Watson for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2" and Rooney Mara, "The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo."
Josh Hutcherson is up for Best Male Performance, with Daniel Radcliffe for "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2," Ryan Gosling for "Drive," Joseph Gordon-Levitt for "50/50" and Channing Tatum for "The Vow."
The fan fave category of Best Kiss pairs "The Hunger Games" Katniss and Peeta against Gosling and Stone in "Crazy, Stupid, Love," Rupert Grint and Watson in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2," Rachel McAdams and Tatum in "The Vow" and -- probably the biggest competition -- Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1"
