The annual upfront presentations continue in New York this week as the networks showcase their new and returning shows for the media and advertisers. Two shows that have definitely caught our eye are ABC's "666 Park Avenue" and "Nashville!"
Take the actor (Terry O'Quinn) who played the most fantastically complex character on "Lost," pair him with the actress (Vanessa Williams) who played deliciously evil Wilhelmina Slater on "Ugly Betty," make them the owners of a seemingly haunted apartment building in New York City, and what do you get? Only the sure-to-be-a-hit new supernatural drama "666 Park Avenue."
Click below to watch the full trailer for the show which also stars Dave Annable and Rachael Taylor as the building's new managers who fall prey to the couple's devious ways. So good!
Up next, Connie Britton can do no wrong in our eyes, so we can't wait to see her drama "Nashville!"
Starring as famous country superstar Rayna James, the former "Friday Night Lights" matriarch is forced to team up with an up-and-coming teen senation (Hayden Panettiere) when her career hits a bit of a rough patch.
Set in Music City, watch as Rayna juggles aging in the entertainment industry, being mom to two kids, having a husband (Eric Cole) who wants to run for mayor, and feuding with her father (Powers Boothe). See the trailer below!
We'll definitely be tuning in this fall when "666 Park Avenue" airs on Sundays at 10pm, while "Nashville" airs on Wednesdays at 10pm.
