The first trailer for the Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway-starring "Les Miserables" film adaptation is here -- and it looks like it's got Oscar written all over it.
The preview has no talking, just Hathaway's Fantine singing the classic song "I Dreamed a Dream" as clips of the movie play out over the music.
We get glimpses of a grimy Jackman as ex-prisoner Jean Valjean, Russell Crowe, Amanda Seyfried and Helena Bonham Carter ... and while some of them don't look their best, the movie itself looks stunning.
There's also one shot of Hathaway getting her hair cut off. No wigs here -- the actress actually got chopped for the role and has since been sporting a much shorter 'do in real life these days too.
The movie opens December -- will you be seeing it?
