Auditions for the second season of "The X Factor" continue to roll on around the country, and "EXTRA" caught up with three of the judges -- Britney Spears, Demi Lovato and L.A. Reid -- backstage during the recent San Francisco tryouts.
The trio dish on everything from their judging style -- with Brit thinking she's a fair judge while Demi wonders if she's a little too honest -- to what it means for someone to have "The X Factor," to what it's really like to work with Simon Cowell. Does he actually call Demi a brat?
