"Teen Mom 2" star Kailyn Lowry has been working on a giant back tattoo for some time -- and now she's finally ready to show it off to her fans.
"Session 7! We're getting close! #inked," Lowry tweeted on Thursday along with a photo of the almost finished, colorful design.
Along with a landscape of trees and flowers, the ink also has the quote "To the world you are one person but to one person you are the world."
