Nominations for the 64th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards were announced this morning -- and the the Academy clearly has some love for both "American Horror Story" and "Mad Men."
Both shows racked up an astounding 17 nominations each -- including noms for stars Jon Hamm, Elisabeth Moss, Christina Hendricks, Connie Britton, Jessica Lange and Denis O'Hare.
There were also a lot of new nominees this year -- as the stars of both "New Girl" and "Girls" were recognized in the Comedy department.
