Gina Gershon just celebrated her 50th birthday last month -- and she looks just as good now as she did almost 20 years ago!
The "Showgirls" star hit the red carpet last night for the premiere of "Killer Joe," her latest flick with Matthew McConaughey.
Gina, who turned the big 5-0 on June 10, looked incredible in a tight green cocktail dress that showed off her killer curves.
