Hilary Duff has sold her gorgeous Mediterranean-style mansion in upscale Toluca Lake, which she bought when she was just 16 years old!
The now 24-year-old singer/actress made a solid profit off the sale; she bought it for $3.5 million back in 2004 and got just under her asking price of $6.25 million, the L.A. Times reports.
