Finally some good news about Amanda Bynes: Her hair is looking better.
The now-blonde actress stepped out yesterday in Studio City, where she showed off her lighter locks while wearing an American flag button-down, the same leopard-print short shorts she wore earlier this week and some studded flats.
And while her hair and makeup looked a little better than when we last saw her, she still had another minor problem with her car: She ran out of gas.
According to the photo agency, Bynes needed the help of a station attendant to help fill up her tank again.
Considering her latest hit-and-run case will be sent to prosecutors, running out of gas is probably the least of her problems.
