The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards brought out some of the biggest names in music: P!nk, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, to name a few.
Black and sheer seemed to be the fashion trends of the night. Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus wowed in a gowns that showed off their figures, while Nicki Minaj flaunted her curves in a skintight lace bodysuit.
On the opposite spectrum was white. Rihanna played it safe in a gathered gown, while Taylor Swift also went conservative in a crisp white suit.
