Nick Lachey is a new daddy!
The former 98 Degrees singer and wife Vanessa Lachey (née Minnillo) are the proud parents of a baby boy after Vanessa gave birth on Wednesday evening.
“We are incredibly proud to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Camden John Lachey," the couple says in a statement. "Born today at 6:54 pm. He came into this world at 8lbs 9oz and 21 inches. Love has truly been redefined for both of us.”
This is the first child for the couple, who tied the knot on July 15, 2011 on Richard Branson's private Necker Island.
And from the sound of it, they're ready for their new addition ... at least when it comes to food.
"@NickSLachey and I just made 4 different casseroles in bulk to freeze," Vanessa tweeted on Tuesday ... the day before giving birth. "Now, when the munchkin arrives, I've got some grub!"
Little Camden's arrival comes just four months after Nick's ex-wife, Jessica Simpson, gave birth to her first child too ... the adorable little Maxwell.
