Melissa Joan Hart tweeted the logo to the 1960s sitcom "My Three Sons" this morning because it now hits close to home for her -- she just gave birth to her third boy!
The "Melissa & Joey" star welcomed son Tucker at 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 18, PEOPLE was the first to report. The little guy weighed in at 8 lbs., 5 oz.
The 36-year-old later tweeted the following to her fans:
"Baby boy Tucker has finally arrived! We waited all year to meet this lil man & we could not be more excited & relieved that he is in our arms!"
The girl formerly known as "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" has been married to musician Mark Wilkerson, 36, since 2003. Tucker's older brothers are Mason, 6, and Brady, 4.
Melissa's friend Soleil Moon Frye, also once known best as "Punky Brewster," tweeted this sweet congratulatory message as well:
"Congrats to my beautiful, amazing friend @MelissaJoanHart I can't wait to meet Tucker and your growing little league! So EXCITED for you!"
