Farrah Abraham used her "Teen Mom" money to buy a new face.
The 21-year-old shows off the results of $16,000 worth of plastic surgery in the new issue of InTouch -- revealing a nose job and chin implant.
"I've hated my nose since I was 13," Abraham tells the magazine. "I hate that my surgeries cost this much, but it was worth it."
"I don't have to hate anything on my face ever again," she says about the results. "I feel gorgeous!"
Farrah also got a boob job in 2010.
Abraham isn't the only "Teen Mom" star to go under the knife. Earlier this year, Jenelle Evans got breast implants as well.
