The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom abode is located in "The Oaks" section of the trendy Los Feliz area of Los Angeles. Boasting "mid-century architecture" by famed architect Phil Brown, the house resembles a glass box that looks like it's floating in the trees.
Sounds like a perfect vampire hideout to us!
The interior is open and light-filled (ok, scratch that vampire hideout comment), with high ceilings, blond wood floors, a gas fireplace, modern kitchen, and a master bath that features a 2-person soaking tub. Is he taking applications?
