It may be November 5, but Halloween isn't over yet.
Due to Hurricane Sandy, "Live with Kelly and Michael" postponed their holiday festivities until today -- but this morning, they came out with a vengeance ... with over 40 costume changes!
Kelly Ripa dressed up as 2012 pop culture "icons" like Christina Aguilera, Mom Snooki, Honey Boo Boo, Beyonce Knowles and even Tan Mom ... while Michael Strahan went as Oprah Winfrey, Madea, Tyler Perry, President Obama and Cee Lo Green.
Pauly D was also in the house, where he dressed as PSY ... with a blowout.
